Corn, Asparagus, Hot Honey Pizza
I guarantee your guests’ first comment will be, “Asparagus? Interesting.”
Ingredients
- Mozzarella, grated
- Corn
- Asparagus, thinly sliced
- Hot honey
- Pizza dough
Steps
This is a no-sauce pizza, but you could do a base layer of garlic butter if you’re nasty. I assume you know how to make a pizza. Do that.
If your corn is on a cob, cut it off. You’ll look like a dork later otherwise. Slice the asparagus ⅛″ thin at a jaunty, almost pretentious angle. Add the mozzarella, corn, and asparagus. Bake like usual. Top with hot honey before serving.
