Made this a few times and have yet to *love* it. It’s fine, but not flavorful enough as written. I’m hunting for a better version.

Sometimes you need to eat a stick of butter, two sleeves of Ritz crackers, and a whole thing of sour cream. This casserole is the solution.

These are light and bright and great for a lunch. I love sugar snap peas cut like this but, boy, is it tedious to do it yourself.
