The turkey comes out pillowy and browns nicely. Paired with the pickles, it's excellent. A little small, so needs a side of some sort.




It’s sweet mashed potatoes in a pie crust. Maybe there’s a compelling version of this pie out there somewhere, but this isn’t it.

Easy to make, freeze well, and they’ve got a satisfying mochi-like chew to them. Nearly all tacos in my house are served on these.
